This client is a highly successful Australian mining company with interests throughout Australia and overseas. In 2005, following extensive explorations in Africa, they identified multiple sites for Greenfield operations in a country where there were concerns about political stability, security of assets and safety of management and employees. Riskgroup undertook a detailed political risk assessment of the country and the specific site operations as a precursor to development of a strategic plan for security of assets, people and places.
