This client was a start up business aiming to establish a new private network of Automatic Teller Machines throughout Australia. Riskgroup undertook a detailed risk assessment of the proposed business model and developed a strategic framework for the cash in transit operations. Riskgroup contributed significantly to the structure of the new business model and the enterprise was successfully launched and sold soon after to a major banking multinational.
